Coaching Skills for Empowering Managers
If managers give instructions to their people, they will ask what to do.
To keep competitive edge in today's diverse market and respond to rapidly
changing needs of customers, managers should develop their peoplet to take
initiative and be proactive in finding opportunities and solving problems.
This is a two-day course for managers to learn how to develop those skills.
Participants will be able to identify their own coaching style and modify
them based on the situations and needs, and develop their people to be
more proactive through effective coaching and delegation.
